Gauge Timeline Playback
Scrub through the entire simulation second by second. See discharge pressure, intake pressure, RPM, and flow rate plotted on a timeline. Identify the exact moment an operator over-pressured a line or lost intake.
Event Log
Every control input is timestamped: valve opens, throttle changes, primer engagement, tank-to-pump transitions. The event log shows exactly what the operator did and when they did it.

What's inside every After Action Report
The score, decomposed
Not just a number. The overall score breaks down by category — pressure accuracy per discharge line against the calculated target, safety deductions with the specific flag that caused each one, and time factors where the scenario carries a limit. A trainee who scored 78 can see it was 100-point pressure work dragged down by a cavitation flag, which is a completely different conversation than sloppy math.
The gauge timeline
Second-by-second traces of discharge pressure, intake pressure, RPM, and flow for the entire run. Overpressure spikes, the sag when a second line opened, the recovery (or overcorrection) that followed — it's all visible. This is the piece instructors say replaces standing over the trainee's shoulder.
The event log
Every operator action with its timestamp: pump engaged, tank-to-pump opened, valve positions, governor changes, primer use. Paired with the gauge timeline, it answers why the gauges did what they did.
Running a 10-minute AAR debrief
A structure that works: have the trainee narrate their run from the event log before you comment (self-diagnosis sticks better); walk the gauge timeline at the two or three moments that decided the score; end on the category breakdown and agree on the one thing to fix next rep. Ten minutes, evidence on screen, no arguing about what happened — the record settles it.
