Custom Panel Editor — Department License

If none of the 24 built-in panels match your apparatus, the Department License includes a full panel editor. Replicate your exact pump panel layout so operators train on what they actually pump.

  • Zone-based layout builder — intake, discharge, engine, and auxiliary zones arranged to match your apparatus
  • Drag gauges from a palette into any zone — PSI, GPM, RPM, compound, temperature, voltage, tank level, and more
  • Configure each gauge: label, min/max range, units, and display size (small, medium, large)
  • Add discharge outlets with custom labels, hose size, type (crosslay, side, LDH, deck gun), and color coding
  • Set throttle type (rotary or push-pull), valve handles (red/blue/yellow), and toggle switches (tank-to-pump, primer, foam)
  • Save, name, and publish your custom panel — it becomes available to every operator in your department
  • Custom panels are private to your department and do not appear for other organizations
Common Questions

Panel layout questions, answered

Which apparatus are included?
24 panel layouts modeled on real apparatus from Pierce, Rosenbauer, E-ONE, and other major builders. Gauge positions, ranges, and valve layouts match what your operators pump on shift.
Do the panels match real rigs?
Yes. Each built-in panel replicates a real apparatus down to pump position, discharge outlet count, master gauge type, and throttle style, so gauge placement and muscle memory transfer to your apparatus.
Can I build a panel for our specific apparatus?
Department License includes the custom panel editor, so you can build a layout that matches apparatus not already in the built-in library.
