Create Your Department Account

Sign up with your department email. You'll be the department admin with full control over users, scenarios, and settings. Takes about 60 seconds.

Add Your Instructors and Trainees

Add people by email, or your whole roster at once from a CSV file, with a preview of every row before anything is saved. Leave the password blank and each one is emailed a link to set their own; everyone imported gets that link too. Each user gets role-based access — trainees see their assignments, instructors see the full training dashboard.

Assign Evolutions

Pick from the 16 built-in scenarios (12 NFA evolutions + 4 NFPA 1002 JPR scenarios), add the optional NFPA 1410 scenario pack, or, on the Complete plan, create custom scenarios. Set due dates, attempt limits, and passing scores. Trainees see assignments on their dashboard immediately.

Trainees open their browser, click an assignment, and run the simulation. No downloads, no plugins, no IT tickets. Works on any computer or tablet with internet access.

Email Invitations

Add an instructor or trainee without typing a password, or import your roster from a spreadsheet, and PumpForge emails each person a link to set their own, so nobody has to pass passwords around. Instructor and admin accounts are free; only trainees use a paid seat.

How long does setup take?
Under 5 minutes. You create a department account in about 60 seconds, invite instructors and trainees by email, assign evolutions, and operators start training the same day.
Do we need to install anything or buy hardware?
No. PumpForge runs in any modern web browser on a laptop, tablet, or desktop, with no downloads, plugins, servers, or IT tickets. Hardware cost is $0.
Can we import our whole roster at once?
Yes. A department admin can upload a CSV file of up to 200 people from the Users page, using the template provided. A preview shows every row and what will happen to it before anything is saved, and each person is emailed an invite to choose their own password.
Is it reliable and always current?
Yes. It is cloud-hosted with automatic updates and backups, so there is nothing to maintain.
